1. Demonstration environment
ServeASAP is a functional prototype for evaluating a proposed process-serving workflow. It is not a live legal-service platform and does not guarantee that any instruction will be acted on by a process server.
2. Test data only
Use fictional or expressly authorised test data only. Do not rely on this environment for live proceedings, limitation dates, court deadlines, service success or legal compliance.
3. Prototype records
Assignment offers and update requests are application records. External email, SMS and push delivery are not guaranteed or currently connected. No payment is requested or processed.
4. Documents and evidence
Validated legal-document contents are retained in configured private storage and made available only through authenticated matter-level access controls. Malware scanning, storage encryption and an automated retention policy are not yet connected. Attendance coordinates may be supplied by a browser or entered manually and are not verified device-location evidence. Service-document previews are drafts, are not sworn or signed, and are not legally executed affidavits, statements or court-approved forms.
5. Postcode Verification
Postcode Verification supplies postcode-centroid coordinates through an external data service. Distance is calculated as straight-line distance between postcode coordinates, not driving distance or proof of attendance at a particular address.
6. No outcome guarantee
ServeASAP does not guarantee acceptance, attendance, successful service, evidence sufficiency or any legal outcome. Professional review and independent operational arrangements remain necessary.
7. Availability
The prototype may be changed, interrupted, reset or withdrawn without notice. Data may be removed during testing and no production availability, backup or recovery commitment is made.
